DSCI 304 Production and Operations Management (3)

The planning and control of production and service operations with emphasis on demand forecasting, product and service design, capacity planning, process selection, location selection, quality assurance, master scheduling, MRP and ERP, inventory management, lean operations, supply chain management, scheduling and project management.
Prerequisite(s): Junior rank or higher and DSCI 232 (or both MATH 220 and MATH 250)
